卵巢透明细胞癌的MR诊断

目的：分析卵巢透明细胞癌的临床特征和MR表现,以期提高对本病的诊断率。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例卵巢透明细胞癌的临床资料和MR表现,所有病例均行盆腔MR平扫及动态增强扫描。结果：11例卵巢透明细胞癌患者平均发病年龄为55岁2,例伴有子宫内膜异位症;11例卵巢透明细胞癌中2例双侧卵巢发病5,例来源于右侧卵巢,4例来源于左侧卵巢。MR表现：囊实性肿块9例,实性肿块2例;囊实性及实性肿块中实性成份信号较均匀,实性肿块边缘较光滑,动态增强扫描显示：动脉期呈轻度不均匀性强化,延迟期呈明显较均匀性强化,动态增强扫描时间-信号强度曲线呈＂缓慢上升型＂。结论：卵巢透明细胞癌的MR表现有一定的特征性,结合临床表现,有助于提高诊断的正确性。

MR imaging of clear cell carcinoma of the ovary

Objective： To analyze the characteristics of ovarian clear cell carcinoma in MR imaging,in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods： Magnetic resonance imaging findings were reported for 11 pathologically proven lesions of clear cell carcinoma of the ovary in 11 women（mean age 55 years）.Axial T1-and T2-weighted MR images,sagittal T2-weighted Images with fat suppression,axial DWI,dynamic gadolinium enhanced MR images were obtained in all patients.Results： Two cases accompanied with endometriosis.Two cases were bilateral.Five cases arose from the right ovary.Four cases arose from the left ovary.In MR images,9 lesions were cystic and solid mass.2 lesions were solid masses.The solid masses were well defined.The signal of the solid part in cystic and solid mass or solid mass was homogeneous and with heterogeneous enhancement in arterial phase,homogeneous enhancement in the delayed phase.The time-signal intensity curve was ＂slowly rising-type＂.Conclusions： To analyze the characteristics of ovarian clear cell carcinoma in MR images can improve the diagnostic accuracy significantly.
