膀胱尿路上皮癌中S-100、p53和Ki-67的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:研究膀胱尿路上皮癌中S-100、p53和Ki-67的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例膀胱尿路上皮癌及15例正常膀胱组织中S-i00蛋白、p53和Ki-67的表达情况。结果:S-100、p53和Ki-67在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达均高于其在正常膀胱黏膜中的表达。膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中S-100阳性表达随着肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的升高而降低;p53与Ki-67阳性表达率随肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的升高而升高;S-100低表达和p53与Ki-67高表达与术后复发密切相关。结论:联合检测S-100、p53及Ki-67的表达可以作为判断膀胱尿路上皮癌生物学行为及预后的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study, the expression and clinical significance of S-100, p53 and Ki-67 in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods:The expression of S-100, P53 and Ki-67 in 60 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue and 15 normal cases with bladder issues were determined by immunochemical SP methods. Results:The positive expression rates of S-100, p53 and Ki-67 in bladder urothelial carcinoma are higher than those normal cases with bladder issues. The positive expression rates of S-100 is negatively correlated with the pathological grades and clinical stages of bladder urothelial carcinoma, while p53 and Ki-67 is positively correlated with the pathological grades and clinical stages of bladder urothelial carcinoma. The low expression of S-100 and high expression of p53 and Ki-67 is significantly correlation with the postorpational recurrence. Conclusions: Combining detection of the expression of S-100, p53 and Ki-67 in bladder urothelial carcinoma is helpful to estimate the biological behavior and prognosis
