摘    要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清尿酸水平(UA)的变化及与冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法:检测186例T2DM患者的血UA、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白Alc(HbAlc)、体重指数(BMI)及血压。按性别分2组,再按是否合并CHD分4个亚组,并设正常对照组120例。结果:T2DM男性和女性血UA均增高,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。T2DM合并CHD组血UA升高,与非CHD组比较,女性有显著性差异(P<0.01),男性则无差异(P>0.05)。结论:T2DM男性和女性血UA均增高,T2DM女性血UA增高与CHD的发生有一定关系。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between change ot serum uric acid (UA) and coronary heart disease (CHD) in ptients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods:The levels of serum UA, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterin (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C), HbAlc, BMI and blood pressure were measured in 186 ptients with T2DM (T2DM group) and 120 normal subjects (control group).The ptients with T2DM were divided into male and female groups. According to CHD, each group was subdivided into CHD and no CHD group. Results:The levels of serum UA in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in controlgroup(P<0. 01) . In female patients, the levels of serum UA in no CHD group were significantly higher than those in CHD group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The levels of serum UA in T2DM group increase, which is associated with CHD only in female.
