| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨醒脑静治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效。方法：急性酒精中毒患者共165例随机分为治疗组8l例，对照组84例，在一般治疗基础上，治疗组用醒脑静，对照组用纳洛酮。结果：治疗组与对照组疗效差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：醒脑静治疗急性酒精中毒效果与纳洛酮无差别，而醒脑静为中药制剂，毒副作用少，安全性高，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | objctive:To discuss the clinical effectiveness of Xingnaojing in treating acute alcoholic toxicosis.Method:A total of 165 acute alcoholic toxicosis cases were studied by using randomized control trial from Jan,2003 to Dec.,2005.Of them,81 cases were set in study group and the other 84 cases were in control group at random.On the basis of routine treatments for all the subjects,the cases in study group were on Xingnaojing,while the control group were on Naloxone Hydrochloride.Results:No statistical significance was found in the effectiveness of the two drugs(p>0.05).Conclusion:The study proved that there was no difference in treating acute alcoholic toxicosis between Naloxone Hydrochloride and Xingnaojing,indicating that Xingnaojing could be used widely in clinic. |
