液基薄层细胞学及人乳头状瘤病毒联合检测在100例宫颈病变中的应用

目的：评价液基薄层细胞学检测（TCT）及人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）检测联合筛查对诊断宫颈病变的价值。方法：对病理检查确诊为宫颈炎和宫颈上皮内瘤变一级（CIN1级）及其以上病例各50例进行TCT和高危型HPV16/18型荧光定量PCR检测。结果：宫颈病变TCT的检测检出符合率为92%（46/50）,HPV检测符合率为84%（42/50）,TCT和HPV联合检测符合率达到100%。结论：对于宫颈癌及其癌前病变的筛查及早期诊断,应以宫颈细胞学检查和高危HPV检测相互结合以提高检出率,降低假阴性。

Application of liquid-based thinprep cytology test and human papilloma virus in 100 cases with cervical lesions screening

Objective： To valuate the role of thinprep cytologic test（ TCT） and human papilloma virus（ HPV） combined detection in screening cervical lesions. Methods： Based on pathological diagnosis,100 patients were classified into two groups：cervicitis and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1（ grade CIN1） and above. Then two groups of patients（ each group included 50 cases） underwent TCT and fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction（ PCR） detection of high-risk HPV16 /18 type. Results： The detection rate of TCT and HPV in cervical lesions was respectively 92%（ 46 /50） and 84%（42/50）,however the detection rate of TCT and HPV combined test was 100%. Conclusion：For screening and early diagnosis of cervical lesions,cervical cytology and high risk HPV testing should be combined to improve the detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and to reduce the false negative rate.
