| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童哮喘的肠内营养支持治疗方法与疗效.方法 中度哮喘小儿120例根据随机开放原则,治疗组与对照组各60例,均以去除病因与激素治疗,肠内营养支持治疗.结果 两组患者治疗前症状评分无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,治疗结束后评分均显著降低（P＜0.05）,同时治疗组的下降幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 肠内营养支持治疗儿童哮喘能有效缓解临床症状,建议使用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the enteral nutrition therapy and efficacy of asthma in children. Methods 120 cases of children with moderate asthma according to the random principle of openness,flat divided into two groups- the treatment group and the control group 60 cases,two cases are to remove the cause and hormone therapy,enteral nutrition therapy plus supportive care group. Results The two groups of patients before treatment symptom scores was no significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）,after the end of treatment scores were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）,while the decline in the treatment group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Intestinal nutritional support in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,should be widely applied. |
