| 摘 要： | MoCA量表是目前较为受关注的新一代临床认知功能速测工具,其针对血管性认知障碍筛查的高敏感度,正不断被临床验证而备受业界关注.本文试图阐述它的发展过程和国内引进的相关情况;总结其在临床应用研究中所体现出的优缺点;讨论神经心理学对脑认知损害测量的意义以及发展前景.

| Abstract: | MoCA is more Popular as a new generation of fast measuring tool for clinical cognitive function, its high sensitivity for the screening of vascular cognitive impairment has been clinically proven and be concerned. This paper tries to expound its development process and the related situation of domestic introduction; summarize the evalution of the merits and demerits which is in clinical studies compared with MMSE; discusses significance and prospect of the Neuropsychology on brain cognitive impairment measurement. |
