腮腺内部分切除术治疗腮腺多形性腺瘤92例临床分析

目的：比较腮腺内部分切除术和浅叶切除术在腮腺多形性腺瘤术后复发率及并发症的发生情况,为临床合理选择手术方式提供参考依据。方法：收集2008年1月—2013年6月收治的腮腺多形性腺瘤患者192例,分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组施行腮腺内部分切除术,对照组施行腮腺浅叶切除术。观察两组患者术后形成瘢痕大小、局部凹陷畸形程度、暂时性面瘫情况、发生涎瘘情况、发生Frey综合征情况、腮腺功能丧失情况等方面的基础指标,并进行对比。结果：腮腺内部分切除术优于腮腺浅叶切除术。两种术式在术后出现复发率方面差异无统计学意义。结论：腮腺内部分切除术是一种手术创伤小、并发症少且能保存腮腺部分功能的术式,可作为腮腺多形性腺瘤临床手术的首选术式。

Clinical efficacy of partial parotidectomy for the treatment of pleomorphic adenoma of parotid

Objective： To evaluate and compare the clinical results of partial superficial parotidectomy and superficial parotidectomy. Methods： Clinical data of 192 of cases parotid gland pleomophic adenoma from January 2008 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,all cases were divided into control group and treatment group. The patients was treated by partial parotidectomy in treatment group,superficial parotidectomy in control group. The scar size postoperative,local depression deformity,temporary facial paralysis,sialosyrinx,frey syndrome,parotid dysfunction were observed and compared. Results： The partial parotidectomy was better than superficial parotidectomy,the recurrence rate was not significantly different between the two sargical modalities. Conclusion： Partial superficial parotidectomy could retain more parotid gland tissde,had less complications and might be the first ohoice for the treatment of parotid pleomorphie adenoma.
