| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-25（IL-25）在支气管哮喘患儿发病中的作用.方法 选择哮喘患儿急性发作期及临床缓解期各30例及健康对照组30例,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定哮喘患儿血清中IL-8、IL-25水平,并分析两者的相关性.结果 哮喘患儿的急性发作期组和临床缓解期组血清中IL-8及IL-25的水平均显著高于正常对照组,且急性发作期组显著高于临床缓解期组（P＜0.05）.结论 IL-8、IL-25可能在哮喘发生、发展中具有重要作用,有望作为儿童哮喘治疗的潜在靶点.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the roles of interleukin（IL）- 8 and（IL）- 25 in the Children with asthma.Methods Active group had 30 patients children with asthma, It was the inactive group they have picked up, and 30 healthy children Served as normal controls. IL- 8 and IL- 25 in which were examined by ELISA and correlations between the two indexeswere analyzed.Results Levels of IL- 8and IL- 25 in asthma group were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup,and which in the exacerbationwere obviously higher than those in the chronic stage（P〈0.05）.Conclusion IL- 8and IL- 25 may play important roles in the occurrence and developmentof asthma, and is likely to be apotentialtarget for the treatment of asthma. |
