脂肪肝与血脂肝功能指标变化的关系分析

目的 通过分析了解脂肪肝的发生与血脂肝功能指标变化的关系.方法 对738例B超检出的脂肪肝患者的血清生化指标进行了数据分析.结果 显示脂肪肝患者较正常对照组血清总胆固醇（TC）和甘油三酯（TG）均有显著升高（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）,谷氨酸转氨酶（ALT）,r-谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）活性水平较正常对照组显著升高（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.结论 说明脂肪肝患者存在明显的脂类代谢紊乱,甘油三酯（TG）升高合并总胆固醇（TC）升高是脂肪肝患者主要的血脂特点;肝功能指标表明脂肪肝患者确实存在肝细胞病理损伤.

Analysis of the Relatinship Between Fatty Liver and Blood-fat,Liver Function Indicators Change

Objective By analyzing the information about the occurrence of fatty liver and blood lipids,liver function changes in the relationship.Methods Toanalyze the serum biochemical index of 738 patients with fatty liver.Results Patients with fatty liver compared with normal control group TC and TG were significantlyhigher（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,ALT,GGT activity level compared with normal control group was significantly higher（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）is showed.Conclusion：1,Explained patients with liver occur the obvious TC,TG merabolic disturbance,TC increased combined TG increased in patients with fatty liver is the major lipid characteristics.2,Indicated the patients with fatty liver do exist liver cell pathological damage.
