摘    要:目的 探讨高频超声在创伤性肩袖损伤诊断中的临床价值.方法 对经关节镜或手术治疗证实的45例肩袖损伤患者进行高频超声检查.结果 45例患者中经高频超声检查肌腱完全断裂的30例,占30/45,其中肱二头肌长头腱断裂的20例,岗上肌肌腱断裂的10例;部分损伤的15例,占15/45,其中肱二头肌长头腱8例,肩胛下肌7例;经手术证实高频超声对肱二头肌长头腱断裂的灵敏度为100%,对肱二头肌长头腱部分损伤的灵敏度为88%,对冈上肌腱完全断裂的灵敏度为90%,对肩胛下肌腱部分损伤的灵敏度为100%.结论 高频超声对肩袖损伤敏感度较高,可成为临床诊断肩袖损伤的有效的检查方法.

High Frequency Ultrasound in the Application of the Rotator Cuff Injury

Abstract:Objective To explore the high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of traumatic rotator cuff injury clinical value.Methods Confirmed by arthroscopy or surgical treatment of 45 patients with rotator cuff injury of high frequency ultrasound.Results High frequency ultrasound in 45 patients, 30 cases of tendon was totally torn, 30/45, the biceps tendon rupture of the 20 cases, hills muscle tendon rupture in 10 cases; Partial damage of 15 cases, accounting for 15/45, the biceps tendon, 8 cases, subscapularis 7 cases; Confirmed by surgery, the high frequency ultrasonography in biceps tendon rupture sensitivity of 100%, the biceps tendon damage sensitivity of 88%,of the supraspinatus tendon was totally torn a sensitivity of 90%, tendon part damage sensitivity was 100% under the shoulder blade.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonic sensitivity to rotator cuff injury is higher, can be a clinical diagnosis of rotator cuff injury of effective inspection method.
