| 摘 要： | 在过去的50年中乳腺癌发病率急速上升,乳腺癌已在女性恶性肿瘤中占首位.其发病原理是由多种癌基因和（或）抑癌基因异常表达所致.抑癌基因PTEN的表达异常在乳腺癌中常见,PTEN基因失活与乳腺癌的发病机理,浸润、转移,恶性转化及无限制生长及临床预后有一定关系.

| Abstract: | Abstract] In the past 50 years a rapid rise in breast cancer risk, breast cancer has in female malignant tumor of the first. Its etiopathogenesis is by a variety of abnormal expression of oncogenes and/or tumor suppressor genes. Abnormal expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN in breast cancer, PTEN gene inactivation and the pathogenesis of breast cancer, invasion, metastasis and malignant transformation and unlimited growth and clinical prognosis. |
