食管癌患者术后并发症的临床研究及相关因素分析

目的 探讨食管癌患者术后常见的并发症并分析其相关因素.方法 回顾性分析我院97例食管癌患者术后并发症的临床资料,统计食管癌术后的主要并发症,并分析术后并发症与各相关因素之间的关系.结果 33例食管癌患者术后出现了不同的并发症,包括乳糜胸,肺部并发症,胃瘫,吻合口瘘,心血管并发症等.统计学分析显示,患者的年龄,术前血清白蛋白,具有COPD,心脏病,糖尿病病史,手术时间,术中失血量,吻合口部位,肿瘤长度等因素与术后并发症的发生具有密切关系（P＜0.05）,而患者的性别、淋巴结转移等与术后并发症的发生不具有相关性（P＞0.05）.结论 食管癌患者的术后并发症较多,通过干预术后并发症的各种相关因素,可减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量.

Clinical Research of Postoperative Complications in Patients with Esophageal Cancer and Analysis of Their Related Factors

Objective To investigate the common complications of esophageal cancer patients and analytize their related factors. Methods The clinical data in patients with esophageal cancer patients（ n = 97） who underwent esophagectomy in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The postoperative complications in patients with esophageal cancer were calculated and the analysis were performed to investigate the correlation between the postoperative complications and related factors. Results 33 cases of esophageal cancer showed different complications after esophagectomy,including,chylothorax,pulmonary complications,gastroparesis,anastomotic leakage,cardiovascular complications,ect. Postoperative complications were closely associated with age,serum albumin before operation,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）,heart diseases,diabetes mellitus,operative time,blood loss, position of the anastomotic stoma,the length of tumor etc（ P〉0. 05）,whereas those were not related with sexuality, metasis of lymph node,ect（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The more postoperative complications happen in patients with esophageal cancer,and the related factors of postoperative complications were interfered to decrease the occurrence of complications and improve the survival quality of life.
