数字医学技术在腹部巨大肿瘤中的应用研究

摘    要:利用自主研发软件和Mimics软件,对13例腹部巨大肿瘤CT图像进行分割和三维重建,重建出的肿瘤、周围脏器及其管道模型分别STL格式导入到FreeForm Modeling System进行修饰和平滑.术中进行拍照、录像,与重建结果进行对比,术后用病理结果对肿瘤组织来源进行验证.13例患者数据中1例因数据质量问题不能重建,其余12例主要脏器、血管及肿瘤均得到重建,重建率达92.3%;1例重建后肿瘤组织来源预测错误,其余11例均与术中结果吻合,正确率达84.6%.重建效果基本忠实于患者个体实际情况,立体感强,肿瘤位置及其与周围组织的关系清晰.经研究,认为数字医学三维重建技术可对腹部肿瘤进行准确定位,有利于手术方案的合理设计,降低手术风险,加强医患沟通.

Research of Digital Medical Technology Applied in Large Tumor in Abdomen

Abstract:The CT images of 13 patients were segmented and three-dimensional reconstructed by independent research and development of medical image processing and Mimics software to reconstruct tumor, surrounding organ and pipeline model. The data was output by STL format to FreeForm Modeling System for modify and smooth respectively. Operation of those patients was shooting and recording for contrast with three-dimensional reconstructing result. The genesis of tumor was inspected by pathological technique. Organs, blood vessel and tumor of 12 patients were reconstructed beside 1patient can not be reconstructed for unqualified data quality, and the reconstructed rate was 92.3%. The reconstructed results of 11 patients were fully correct, in only 1 patient the genesis of tumor in t was discrepancy. The total correct rate was 84.6%. The three-dimensional reconstruction made tumor and around organ more clear and three-dimensional, and according with individualization of patients. We get the Conclusion that using digital medicine three-dimensional reconstruction made abdominal tumor locate exactly; it made operation project more reasonable, decreasing risk of operation.
