| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨提高晚期癌症患者生活质量的方法。方法：回顾性总结176例晚期癌症患者住院期间采取姑息护理的效果。结果：实施姑息护理有利于降低晚期癌症患者的负性情绪，改善预后，提高生活质量。结论：通过姑息护理，使晚期癌症患者保持良好心态，增强战胜疾病信心，积极参与治疗，减轻病痛，不同程度地提高了生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: discuss the available methods to improve the living quality of patients with advanced-stage cancer.Method: review the effect of palliative nursing care of 176 cases with advanced-stage cancer during their duration of hospital stay.Result: practice of palliative nursing care contributes to palliate the patients' negative mood and build up a confident attitude towards the disease and participate actively in the treatment course,therefore it's helpful to relieve the pain and enhance the patients' living quality. |
