摘    要:目的:探讨参麦加味汤对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的影响。方法:将32只新生大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、丹参组和参麦加味汤组,在实验7d后处死动物,测定其脑组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织MDA含量显著增高(P<0.001),而SOD含量显著降低(P<0.001)。与模型组比较,参麦加味汤组脑组织MDA含量显著降低(P<0.001),同时SOD含量显著增高(P<0.001)。结论:参麦加味汤能够增强HIE脑组织内自由基清除酶类的活力,降低局部脂质过氧化物的含量,从而对HIE具有治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect on established hypoxicichemicenc ephalopathy(HIE) model of infant rats through the application of Shenmai Jiawei Decoction. Methods:32 infant rats were divided into 4 groups randomly: sham operated group, model group, Shenmai Jiawei Decoction group and Danshen group. Then observed the effect of Shenmai Jiawei Decoction on levels of Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA) and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) in tissue of brain. Results: Compared with sham operated group, the MDA level of model group was much higher(P < 0.001), while the level of SOD was very low(P < 0.001).And compared with model group, the MDA level of Shenmai Jiawei Decoction group was lowered significantly(P < 0.001).Meanwhile, the SOD level increased remarkably(P < 0.001).Conclusion: Shenmai Jiawei Decoction is able to intensify the vitality of enzymes that can clear up free radicals in brain tissue of HIE. And it can lower the level of lipin peroxide partially. Therefore, Shenmai Jiawei Decoction has the function of curing HIE.
