| 摘 要： | 目的；对高血压性脑出血采用钻颅碎吸与开两种治疗方法的近期与远期疗效比较。方法：９７例随机分组，采用ＣＴ定位，颅内碎吸与传统开颅清除血肿。术后随访３－１２个月。结果；碎吸组与开颅组在降低病死率和提高远期生存质量方面，差异均无显著性。结论：首选碎吸治疗高血压性脑出血，不一定要行开颅术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the immediate and nemote effects of intracranial breaking and drainaging hematoma with that of surgical removal through craniotomy in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:97 cases were divided randomly into two groups:one group treated with intracranial breaking and drainaging of hematomas and another group by traditional craniotomy with the localization by CT.All patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months after surgical manipulation.Results:The difference in decreasing of fatality rate and improving in nemote effect in survival quality between the two groups was not significant( P >0.05).Conclusions:Intracranial breaking and drainaging of hematoma should be first of choice in treating the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
