| 摘 要： | 目的探索对囊肿结节型痤疮的针刺清创前后配合红外线照射，抗生素冲洗创面加中药面膜和积雪苷涂擦后治疗疗效。方法192例囊肿结节型痤疮患者采用针刺清创前后配合红外线照射疗法，痤疮创面用庆大霉素注射液（2ml，8×10^4U）冲洗创面，配合中药面膜，最后外敷积雪苷涂擦。结果所有患者经过一定次数的治疗后，均达到临床治愈。Ⅲ级患者（n=146）平均治疗（7±2．1）次，疗效指数达（96±3．2）％；Ⅳ级患者（n=46）平均治疗（12±3．6）次，疗效指数达（95±4．2）％。随访3个月无复发。结论囊肿结节型痤疮针刺清创前后红外照射，抗生素冲洗刨面加中药面膜和积雪苷涂擦治疗效果好。
