早期躯体及心理康复治疗对脑出血后运动障和生活能力功能恢复的影响

目的探讨急性脑出血患者早期躯体与心理康复治疗对运动功能障碍及生活能力的影响。方法70例急性脑出血患者随机分为基础治疗组与基础治疗加早期康复组，于人院及入院4周时分别进行神经功能缺损程度测评以及日常生活能力的评定，组内及组间对比。结果两组患者在生活能力和运动功能方面均有显著差异（P〈0．01），基础治疗加早期康复组改善明显。结论早期躯体与心理康复训练对急性脑出血患者在促进肢体运动功能恢复及提高日常生活能力方面显著优于单纯药物治疗。采取的康复方法简便有效。

The influence of early rehabilitation of body and psychology on motor disorder and life ability after cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To assess the influence of early rehabilitation to body and psychology on motor disorder and life ability after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 70 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. One group received basic therapy. Except for basic therapy, early motor rehabilitation and education of life ability were used in the other group. The damnification of nerval function and life ability were estimated when patients entered the hospital and after 4 weeks. Datas were contrasted in group and be- tween groups. Results The two groups had remarkable differences in life ability and motor function （P 〈 0. 01）. The improve of the rehabilitation group was very evidence. Conclusions Early rehabilitation of body and psychology is much better than that of single medicine therapy in the improvement of motor function and life ability. Methods in our hospital are very simple and effective.
