妊娠期肾病综合征对胎儿的影响

目的探讨妊娠期肾病综合征的临床特点及妊娠期肾病综合征对胎儿的影响。方法回顾性分析2004年7月至2008年7月大理州人民医院收治的56例妊娠期肾病综合征的临床资料。结果妊娠期肾病综合征发病孕周小,平均31.7周,早产45例,早产率91.8%(45/49);小于胎龄儿44例,占89.8%(44/49);新生儿窒息26例,窒息率为53.09%(26/49);呼吸窘迫综合征6例,新生儿死亡4例,病死率为8.16%(4/49)。结论妊娠期肾病综合征病情重,对围生儿危害极大,应重视对其早期防治。

Gestational Nephrotic Syndrome Influenced on Fetal

Objective To explore the clioical features of gestational nephrotic syndrome and influenced on fetal. Methods Retrospectively alalyzed 56 related data from our hospital from July 2004 to July 2008. Results Occurrence of gestational nephrotic syndrome with shorter gestational week, the average onset time was 31.7 weeks, premature delivery were 91.8 % （45/49） ; small for gestational age infant, were 89.8% （44/49） ; apnoea neonatorum 53.09% （ 26/49 ） ; the neonatal death was 8.16% （4/49）. Conclusion Gestational nephrotic syndrome greatly influencing the perinatal infant, it should be taken seriuosly.
