乙型肝炎患者血清总胆汁酸、胆碱酯酶联合测定的临床意义

目的探讨血清总胆汁酸（TBA）、胆碱酯酶（CHE）联合测定在乙型肝炎诊断、鉴别、预示病情发展中的临床价值。方法256例乙型肝炎患者血清总胆汁酸测定采用循环酶法,胆碱酯酶测定用速率法,血清总胆红素（TBil）采用2,4-二氯苯胺重氮比色法测定,并加以比较。结果各型乙型肝炎患者TBA与正常对照比较显著增高（P〈0.01）,慢性肝炎中度组、重度组及原发性肝癌组分别与正常对照组比较,CHE显著降低;慢性肝炎随病情加重,TBA、TBil逐步增高,CHE逐步降低;重型肝炎TBA、TBil增高最为显著,与其他肝病组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,CHE降低最为显著,与其他肝病组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;TBA、TBil有良好的正相关性,与CHE有良好的负相关性。结论血清总胆汁酸、胆碱酯酶联合测定在乙型肝炎的诊断、鉴别、预示病情的发展具有极其重要的意义。

The Clinical Significance of measuring Total Bile acid and Cholinesterase simultaneously in Hepatitis B patients
