| 摘 要： | 目的:观察丹芍汤治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)的临床疗效。方法:将110例HSPN患者随机分为2组。对照组52例,单用常规西药治疗;治疗组58例,在对照组治疗基础上加服丹芍汤。1个疗程为3个月。观察临床疗效、肾功能、尿红细胞、蛋白尿、血清白蛋白和凝血指标变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.66%,明显优于对照组78.85%(P<0.05);治疗组在减轻血尿、蛋白尿,改善肾功能和高凝状态方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹芍汤能有效治疗HSPN。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of Dan Shao Tang (DST) in treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis(HSPN).Methods:110 patients with HSPN were randomly divided into two groups.58 patients in treatment group were treated with DST and west medicine,and 52 patients in control group were treated with only west medicine.After three months,the effect and changes of renal function,hematuria,proteinuria,serum album and Coagulation index before and after treatment were observed.Results:The general effective rate in treatment group was 89.66%,which was markedly higher than that in control group(78.85%).Treatment group was obviously better than control group on decreasing hematuria and proteinuria,improving renal function and hypercoagulable state.Conclusion:DST is effective on HSPN. |
