| 摘 要： | 本文报道了氧哌嗪青霉素对临床分离的430株致病菌的体外抗菌活性并与五种头孢菌素作了比较。结果表明氧哌嗪青霉素是一种广谱的半合成青霉素,对革兰阳性球菌及革兰阴性细菌均有良好的抗菌活性。此外,本品对粪链球菌和不动杆菌亦有较好的抗菌活性,而一、二、三代头孢菌素在这方面是很差的

IN VITRO ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF PIPERACILLIN AND COMPARED WITH FIVE CEPHALOSPORINS |

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of in vitro anti-bacterial activities of piperacillin against 430 strains of pathogens isolated clinically and compares with those of five cephalosporins. The resuIts indicate that piperacillin is a broad spectrum semisynthetic penicillin.It is active against gram-positive cocci and gram-negative organisms. The antibacterial activity against gram-positive cocci, of piperacillin is less than those of the first and the second generation cephalosporins, but is more active than those of the third generation cephalosporins; while the reverse was true against Gram-negative Enterobacteriaceae. However, ceftazidime and piperacillin are the most active two than others against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Piperacillin also shows good antibacterial activities against enterococci and Acinetobacter which the cephalosporins do not possess |
