| Abstract: | Compared with retrograde approach, the anterograde radical prostatectomy minimizes the incidence of positive surgical margins in patients at high risk of extracapsular disease. In this article the author introduces a retropubic anterograde radical prostatectomy technique, with modifications based on more recent knowledge of pelvic anatomy. |
