家兔输精管结扎术后实验性高胆固醇血症

本实验以输精管结扎不同时期家免复制了两组高胆固醇血症动物模型。术后7个月喂饲高胆固醇饲料者称V-Ch Ⅰ组;术后12个月喂饲同样的高胆固醇饲料组,称V-ChⅡ组。结果表明,V-Ch Ⅰ组血清总胆固醇含量明显地高于V-ChⅡ组(P<0.05)。输精管结扎术后4～7个月时,80％家兔附睾明显肿胀,之后伴随附睾肿胀的消退,血清抗精子抗体阳性检出率增高。由此推论,V-Ch Ⅰ组由于精子抗原大量释放,作用于免疫系统使巨噬细胞处理脂质的能力降低。于是,血清总胆固醇水平高于V-ChⅡ组。

EXPERIMENTAL HYPERCHOLESTEROLEMIA IN POSTOPERATIVE VASECTOMIZED RABBITS FED WITH HIGH CHOLESTEROL DIET

Hypercholesterolemia induced in 2 groups of rabbits, one group being fed with a high cholesterol diet for 7 months following vasectomy (V-Ch Ⅰ group), and the other with the same diet for 12 months following vasectomy (V-Ch Ⅱ group) . It was demonstrated that, (1) serum cholesterol was significantly higher in V-Ch Ⅰ group than that in V-Ch Ⅱ (P<0.05) ; (2) epididymides were markedly swollen in 80% of the experimental rabbits 4-3 months after vasectomy, and subsidence of the swelling was usually accompanied by an increase in the incidence of positive serum antibody reaction against sperm antigen. It is speculated that the capacity of macrophages in processing lipids might be impaired with release of large amount of sperm antigen in the V-Ch Ⅰ group.
