工业区儿童龋病及头发微量元素含量调查

目的 探讨甘肃省某有色金属工业区儿童龋病与微量元素的关系,为龋病的预防和治疗提供依据.方法 选择某工业区儿童作为研究对象、临近非工业区为对照区,在2地随机选取12岁儿童各200名进行龋患检查;并对2地各24名龋患儿童头发进行6种微量元素的测定.结果 工业区儿童患龋率和龋均均显著高于对照区(P＜0.05).工业区显著性龋均指数(SiC)(2.36)显著高于对照区SiC(1.57);工业区儿童氟牙症处于流行边缘氟牙症指数(Fci=0.403);工业区儿童发样中锌、镉、铁、铅、镁、铜元素高于对照区,其中铅和镉含量差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 工业区生产活动造成的重金属元素污染可能是儿童龋病发病的影响因素之一.

Study on dental caries and content of hair microelement among children in nonferrous metal industrial area.
