窄谱中波紫外线联合抗组胺药治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 80例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例。试验组采用NB-UVB光疗,每周2次,共24次,同时口服抗组胺药;对照组仅口服抗组胺药。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效以及随访12周内的复发情况。结果两组患者的症状和体征评分明显下降,且试验组下降更为明显(t=46.37,P0.05)。试验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(χ~2=6.76,P0.05);且复发率明显低于对照组(χ~2=9.83,P0.01)。结论 NB-UVB安全有效,可作为慢性自发性荨麻疹的辅助治疗手段。

Narrow-band UVB combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of narrow-band UVB combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria.MethodsEighty patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria were randomly assigned into 2 groups: forty patients in therapy group received narrow-band UVB phototherapy, 2 times a week for 24 exposures, and oral antihistamines; forty patients in the control group received oral antihistamines only. The clinical efifcacy of the two groups after treatment and the recurrence of 12 weeks follow-up were compared.ResultsThe symptomatic scores of urticaria in the two groups were signiifcantly lowered, especially in the treatment group(t=46.37,P<0.05). The clinical efifcacy of the treatment group was signiifcantly better than that of the control group(χ2=6.76,P<0.05), and the recurrence rate was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=9.83,P<0.01).ConclusionNarrow-band UVB may be an effective and safe complementary treatment for the patients with chronicspontaneous urticaria.
