液氮冷冻治疗跖疣随机对照试验的Meta分析

目的系统评价液氮冷冻治疗跖疣的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、OVID、Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和中国期刊全文数据库(CJFD),检索时间跨度为上述数据库建库至2016年1月,语种限于英文、中文。根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,收集所有相关随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),提取资料和进行质量评价,采用Rev Man5.1软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果 16个RCT,21对数值、共1 616例患者纳入分析,结果显示冷冻组总体疗效低于对照组;冷冻组在治疗时间1~2个月时及治疗时间2个月的疗效均低于对照组;冷冻组疗效低于物理疗法组、CO_2激光组、皮损内注射药物组、平阳霉素皮损内注射组、口服药物(维A酸类)组;各种治疗跖疣的方法均存在不同的不良反应,发生严重不良反应的情况较少。结论 Meta分析结果显示冷冻治疗疗效低于其他疗法。各种治疗方法均存在一定不良反应,但少有严重不良反应发生。

Meta-analysis of efifcacy and safety of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of plantar warts

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of cryotherapy in the treatment of plantar warts. Methods PubMed, OVID, Cochrane, Central Register of Controlled Trials, CBM and CJFD were searched, from the beginning to January 2016. The language was confined to English and Chinese. The retrieved randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were screened out according to the predeifned inclusion criteria, the quality of the included studies were evaluated, and Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan5.1 software. Results Sixteen RCTs, 21 pairs of data, a total of 1616 patients were included in the comparison, the results showed that the overall efifcacy of cryotherapy group was lower than the control groups. In the treatment course of 1 to 2 months and more than 2 months, the efifcacy of cryotherapy group was lower than the control. The therapeutic effect of cryotherapy group was lower than physical therapy group, CO2 laser group, intradermal injection group, Bleomycin A5 intradermal injection group and oral medication (retinoic acid) group. There were varied side effects occurred in the treatment process by different therapeutic means, and the occurrence of serious side effects was rare. Conclusion Meta-analysis showed that cryotherapy was less effective than other therapies. There are certain side effects in various treatments, but few serious adverse reactions had been encountered.
