北京市平谷区医院581例性传播疾病病例分析

目的了解北京市平谷区性传播疾病的发病趋势及流行特点,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法从该院疾病控制科收集2010—2014年6种性传播疾病资料,包括梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染、生殖器疱疹及艾滋病,并进行统计学分析。结果 2010—2014年北京市平谷区医院累计报告性传播疾病患者581例,包括梅毒257例(隐性梅毒223例),尖锐湿疣135例,淋病134例;20~49岁患者374例;职业占比前3位是农民198例、家务或待业170例、商业服务52例。结论性传播疾病发病呈逐年上升趋势,梅毒、尖锐湿疣和淋病占比最高,发病年龄以中青年为主,职业以农民为主。

Analysis on 581 sexually transmitted diseases cases reported by Beijing Pinggu hospital

ObjectiveTo find out the trends and epidemiological characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases in Beijing Pinggu hospital and provide scientiifc basis for the prevention and control strategies of the disease.MethodsEpidemiological data of patients with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including syphilis, gonorrhea, condylomata acuminate, chlamydia trachomatis genital tract infection, genital herpes and AIDS, who accepted treatment in our hospital from 2010 to 2014, were collected and statistically analyzed.ResultsA total of 581 cases of 6 kinds of STDs were reported from 2010 to 2014, including syphilis 257 cases (latent syphilis 223 cases), condylomata acuminate 135 cases, gonorrhea 134 cases. There were 374 cases in group 20~49 years old. The top three occupation were farmer (198 cases), household or unemployed (170 cases) and business service (52 cases).ConclusionThe number of STD patients in our hospital has been rising year by year, and syphilis, condyloma acuminatum and gonorrhea accounted for the largest proportion. Proportion of group 20~49 years old was higher than other age groups and the main occupation was farmer. The strategy should focus on prevention and controlling the corresponding cases.
