关节镜下膝关节前交叉韧带胫骨端撕脱复位螺纹钉内固定术临床分析

目的：介绍一种关节镜下修复前交叉韧带（ＡＣＬ）损伤的手术方法。方法：关节镜探查膝关节，修整撕脱胫骨骨折片，用克氏针撬拨复位后，再用螺纹钉固定。术后早期功能锻炼；对照组开放复位内固定。结果：术后平均随访２５个月，本组优良率为８０％，平均手术时间４０分钟；平均康复时间８周。对照组，优良率为６７％，平均手术时间８０分，平均康复时间１８周。结论：本手术方法是一种损伤小、便于推广的ＡＣＬ损伤修复方法。

Arthoscopic Surgery in Avulsion Fracture of the Tibial Eminence with Anterior Cruciate Ligament

Objective To introduce a surgery for renovation of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) under the arthoscopy.Methods Arthroscopic examination,reduction and internal fixation of fracture with screws were performed in 20 patients with ACL injure from April 1996 to December 1999.Results All patients were followed up for average 25 months.According to a comprehensirely score,the excellent and good rate was 80%.The average operation time was 40 min and recovery time was 8 weeks.Conclusion The treatment of ACL injury by using the arthroscopy has many advantages sach as simple manipulation,accurate reduction,rigid fixation and minimal trauma.
