| 摘 要： | 认为脾肾两虚、痰浊瘀阻是代谢综合征(MS)发病的主要病因病机。痰浊瘀阻贯穿于MS的始终,与现代医学所认为的"胰岛素抵抗(IR)是MS各种症状的‘共同土壤’"的认识具有一致性。

| Abstract: | It is think that the major mechanism of metabolism syndrome(MS) is deficiency of both spleen and kidney and phlegm-blood stasis by analyzing etiology and pathogenesis of MS.Phlegm-blood stasis play the most role in MS,which is in agreement with the cognition of modern medicine that insulin resistanc is common soil of MS's various symptoms. |
