| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨动力髁螺钉(简称DCS)在股骨粗隆下粉碎性不稳定骨折治疗中的应用。方法:对我院2003年6月-2005年9月23例股骨粗隆下粉碎性不稳定骨折的患者采用DCS内固定治疗。结果:全部病例均得到0.83-3a随访,主要指标为颈干角、髋关节伸屈活动度。骨折全部愈合,无钢板松动、断裂、骨不连等并发症,1例轻度髋内翻。优16例,良6例,优良率95.70%。结论:DCS能提供有效的内固定,其治疗股骨粗隆下粉碎性不稳定骨折效果显著。
