新型泪道探通引流装置治疗泪囊炎

目的 :探讨用自行设计的新型泪道探通引流装置探通鼻泪管阻塞和狭窄、引流扩张鼻泪管的效果。方法 :将泪道探通引流装置设计为两端是金属探子、中间为软性硅胶管的装置。 30例患者首先探通泪道 ,然后自上下泪小点插入泪道探通引流装置 ,在内窥镜下取出末端探子 ,将硅胶管留植在鼻腔内。术后 3个月时取出引流管。结果 :30例泪囊炎患者均在植管后 1w内症状消失。 4例泪囊炎患者留管期间有明显好转 ,拔管后复发。结论 :用新型泪道探通引流装置治疗由泪道狭窄、阻塞所致的慢性泪囊炎具有肯定的临床效果

A clinical study of the application of a new nasal lacrimal drainage device

Objective:To probe obstruction and dilate the stenosis of the nasoalacrimal canal caused by chronic dacryocystitis.Methods:A new probe-drain-lacrimal passage device consists of two parts. There is a metallic probe at each end and a soft silicon tube located in between. 30 patients(25 females,5 males) were treated under local anesthesia. First the lacrimal passage was probed,the device was inserted from the superior and inferior lacrimal points to the opening of the nasolacrimal canal,then each end of the device was extracted from the nasal cavity with an endoscope. The tube was left in the nasalacrimal cannal for three months and then extracted the third month after surgery.Results:Patient symptoms disappeared in the first week after surgery. Three months after extraction,26 patients with chronic dacryocyctitc had good drainage. 4 patients experienced recurrences after tube extraction.Conclusion:The new probe-drain lacrimal passage device is effective for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
