| Abstract: | A case of the respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma of the nasal cavity, maxillary sinus and ethmoid sinuses for the first time in the polish literature was reported. Characteristic clinical symptoms and histopathologic features, diagnosis and surgical intervention as well differential diagnosis were introduced. |
