| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI在脊髓型颈椎病中的表现及临床意义。方法回顾性分析45例资料齐全并行经前路减压植骨融合内固定的脊髓型颈椎病患者，依术前症状及MRI颈脊髓受压程度分为轻、中、重度三组进行分析。结果按JOA评分所有病例术后临床症状均获得不同程度的改善，症状改善率与术前MRI显示颈脊髓受压程度的相关性采用Spearman秩相关进行分析构成正相关关系（P〈0．05），即术前颈脊髓压迫程度越重，术后颈脊髓形态恢复越不明显，症状改善差；术前颈脊髓压迫程度越轻，术后颈脊髓形态恢复越明显，症状改善好。手术前后JOA评分经t检验差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论MRI对脊髓型颈椎病术前诊断及术后疗效预测具有重要的临床意义。
