川芎嗪对神经发生影响的研究进展

摘    要:脑卒中可一定程度促进神经发生,但这种作用比较有限。通过药物促进神经发生是治疗脑卒中的重要途径。川芎嗪(TMP)药理作用广泛,其中对神经保护作用逐渐备受关注,目前被广泛应用于心脑血管疾病,尤其是脑卒中的防治。本文通过对Pubmed等数据库查找到的川芎嗪对脑缺血后神经发生影响的相关文献进行汇总、分析和综述。结果表明,川芎嗪可通过促进神经干细胞的增殖、分化,尤其迁移,影响脑缺血后神经发生,进而发挥神经保护作用。本文总结了TMP在脑卒中防治过程中的可能机制,也为TMP在其他神经发生障碍相关性疾病中的扩大应用提供一些有益的提示。

Abstract:Objective: Stroke can, to a certain extent, promote neurogenesis, but this effect is limited. Promoting neurogenesis by drugs is an important way for treatment of stroke. In recent years, tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) has received the attention because of its neuroprotection effect, and widely been applied in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, especially stroke. The effect of TMP on neurogenesis after cerebral ischemia was accessed from Databases, such as Pubmed. In this article, we summarized, analyzed and reviewed the literature. The results showed that TMP significantly promoted neurogenesis by increasing the proliferation, differentiation, especially migration of neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia. This article summarized the possible mechanism of TMP in the prevention and treatment of stroke, also dprovide some useful hints for expand the application of TMP in other neurogenesis disorder related diseases.
