慢性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素的变化及意义

目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH)水平的变化及意义。方法:用放免法测定60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者(心衰组)抗心衰治疗前后的血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH水平,与46例健康体检者(对照组)比较。结果:心衰组T3、FT3较对照组下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),T4、FT4仅在重度心衰时下降(P<0.05),而TSH在两组间无明显差异;抗心衰治疗后,T3、FT3水平明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:T3、FT3可作为反映慢性充血性心力衰竭严重程度、治疗效果和预后的一项判定指标。

Change and meaning of Thyroid hormone in patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective: To explore the change and meaning of thyroid hormone(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH) in chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: Serum concentrations of thyroid hormone(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH) before and after treatment were measured by radiommunossay and compared in 60 patients with CHF(hrart failure group) and 46 healthy subjects(control group).Results: The serum concentration of T3、FT3 in patients with CHF were lower than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), The serum concentration of T4、FT4 decreased in severe CHF patients(P<0.05),TSH showed no significant differencese between the two groups.After treatments, The serum concentration of T3、FT3 in patients with CHF significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: T3、FT3 could be taken as determinative indicators which reflect severity of CHF ,curative effectiveness and prognosis.
