| 摘 要： | 以3-甲磺酰胺基-4-苯氧基苯甲醚为原料，在AlCl3作用下，经付-克乙酰化同时脱甲基化反应得到（2-羟基-4-甲磺酰胺基-5-苯氧基）苯乙酮，再经溴化得到标题化合物，总收率70%。

| Abstract: | Bromo (2 hydroxy 4 methylsulfonamido 5 phenoxy) acetophenone was prepared from 3 methylsulfonamido 4 phenoxyanisole by subsequent acetylation and demethylation in one pot and followed by bromination with an overall yield of 70%. |
