| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析剖宫产指征 ,探讨不合理剖宫产与剖宫产率的关系。方法 :采用横断面研究的方法 ,分析北京大学两家附属医院 1998年的剖宫产指征 ,比较剖宫产率不同的两家医院不合理剖宫产情况。结果 :剖宫产率、不合理剖宫产率、单纯医生因素的不合理剖宫产率在两家医院间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而围产儿死亡率、孕妇要求的不合理剖宫产率两院间差异无显著性 (P =0 .6 48与P =0 .40 3)。结论 :不合理剖宫产是造成高剖宫产率的重要原因 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the relationship of irrational cesarean sections and cesarean section rates. Methods: Analyze the indications of cesarean section indications of the two affiliated hospitals of Peking University in 1998. Compare the difference of irrational section rates and cesarean section rates in the two hospitals. Results: The cesarean section rates, irrational cesarean section rates and irrational cesarean section rates only caused by doctors were statistically different in the two hospitals( P < 0.05 ). But the perinatal mortality rates and irrational cesarean section rates caused by the demand of pregnant women were not significantly different in the two hospitals. Conclusion: The high rate of irrational cesarean section rates was the main reason of high cesarean section rates. |
