摘    要:目的:探讨记录正常昆明小鼠多焦电生理技术,观察不同颜色光刺激条件下小鼠多焦点视网膜电图的特点.方法:正常昆明小鼠20只,随机分为4组,每组5只,在同一时间点分别做红、蓝、绿和白光刺激条件下其多焦点视网膜电图(multifocal electroretinogram,mERG),通过改进电极、暗适应时间和实验参数等影响因素,找出稳定记录小鼠多焦电生理的方法,并观察不同颜色光刺激下小鼠多焦视觉电生理改变.结果:正常昆明小鼠多焦视网膜电图b波的反应密度分布较为均匀,不同颜色光其总和反应为红光刺激最弱,其次是蓝光和白光,绿光刺激最强.结论:啮齿类哺乳动物由于有着夜晚活动的生活习性,视网膜光感受器多以视杆细胞为主,其多焦视网膜电图和记录参数同人类mERG图形有所不同.稳定、可靠的记录小鼠mERG,有着广泛的应用前景.

Features of multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) of normal Kunming mice under different color stimuli
Abstract:AIM: To probe into the methods to record multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) from normal Kunming mice and to evaluate the features of mice mfERG under different color stimuli. METHODS: Twenty Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups and stimulated by red, blue, green and white light respectively and the mfERG was recorded. The methods for stably recording mice mfERG were investigated by changing different electrodes, dark adaptation time and machine parameters. RESULTS: The amplitude density of b wave was accordant across the fundus. The summary response under red stimulus was the dimmest, followed by blue and white. The green light had the strongest response. CONCLUSION: As the retinal photoreceptors of mice were composed mainly of rods, which is different from that of human beings, different recording method and parameters should be used to record mfERG.
