摘    要:目的 建立豆类中稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱分析法。方法 豆类样品经微波消解后采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定16种稀土元素的含量。结果 所测定的16种稀土元素标准曲线线性回归方程相关系数均大于0.998,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%(测定次数n=6),平均加标回收率为80.4%~110%,方法检出限为1.6×10-6μg/g~5.5×10-4μg/g。测定了标准参考物质圆白菜(GBW l0014)中的待测元素,结果与推荐参考值相符。结论 该方法简便,灵敏,准确,适用于豆类中稀土元素的测定。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for detecting rare-earth elements in beans by ICP-MS.Methods After the samples were pretreated by microwave digestion,16 rare-earth elements were detected by ICP-MS.Results The correlation coefficients(r)of each linear regression equation for the corresponding element were all over 0.998,and each relative standard deviation(n=6)was under 5.0%.The recoveries of the method were in the range of 80.4%~110%.The detection limit of ICP-MS was in the range of 1.6×10-6μg/g~5.5×10-4μg/g.The results of the elements to be determined in cabbage national standard materials(GBWl0014)agreed with the recommended reference values.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of rare earth elements in beans.
