绵阳市养老机构老人认知功能现状调查

目的 调查绵阳市养老机构老人的认知功能现状,为开展针对性的认知功能干预措施提供科学依据。方法 采取随机整群抽样法、运用全面衰退量表对主城区6家养老机构的老人进行调查。结果 共调查583名老人,认知功能障碍者210名,患病率为36%,轻度认知障碍者170人,占比为29.2%,认知功能障碍以轻度为主;不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况的老人认知功能分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 养老机构老人认知功能减退检出率较高,养老机构应进行积极的早期干预,以提高老人的晚年生活质量。

Cognitive function of the elderly in old-age institutions,Mianyang

Objective To investigate the status quo of cognitive function of the elderly in old-age institutions in Mianyang,and to provide a scientific basis for carrying out targeted cognitive intervention measures.Methods Elderly people in six old-age institutions were investigated by random cluster sampling and Global Deterioration Scale in the main urban area.Results A total of 583 elderly people were investigated,and 210 cases were cognitive impairment with the rate of 36.0%,and 170 cases were mild cognitive impairment with the rate of 29.2%,mainly mild cognitive impairment.There was a significant difference in cognitive function between the elderly with different age,educational level and marital status(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of cognitive impairment is high among the elderly in old-age institutions,in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years,active early interventions should be carried out in pension institutions.
