上海市闵行区青少年性心理健康状况调查

摘    要:目的 了解闵行区青少年性心理健康状况,为更好地开展青少年性心理健康教育与干预以及性教育工作提供可靠依据。方法 采用多阶段随机法抽取闵行区5个抽样片区内的15所中小学校中的45个班级,对抽取的班级内所有学生进行问卷调查。结果 闵行区青少年性心理健康量表总得分为135.01分,平均分为3.55分,平均得分从高到低依次为:性价值观(3.63分)、性适应(3.57分)、性认知(3.43分);不同年级调查对象的性心理健康分量表的各项均分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),从高到低依次为:高中、初中、小学;女生在性价值观分量表中的得分高于男生(t = - 3.383,P<0.05);双亲家庭的调查对象在性适应分量表中的得分高于单亲家庭的调查对象(t = - 2.487,P<0.05);独生子女在性认知、性价值观分量表中的得分均高于非独生子女(t =3.680、2.930,均P<0.05);结论 闵行区青少年性心理健康状况处于中上水平,应针对不同情况的青少年开展更为科学适宜的性健康教育工作,为广大青少年营造科学适宜的性健康教育环境。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of psychosexual health among adolescents in Minhang District, and provide reliable basis for better sexual psychosexual health education and intervention and sexual education for adolescents. Methods A stratified multistage random survey was conducted among 45 classes from 15 primary and secondary schools in five sampling areas in Minhang District, and all students in the selected classes were investigated by questionnaires. Results Minhang District Adolescent psychosexual health scale has a total score of 135.01, with an average score of 3.55 points. The average score from high to low is: sexual values (3.63), sexual adaptation (3.57) and sexual cognition (3.43). The average scores of psychosexual health subscales in different grades were significantly different, all P<0.05. The order from high to low was: high school, junior high school and primary school. The score of female students in the subscale of sexual values was significantly higher than that of male students(t=-3.383, P<0.05). The scores of subjects from two-parent families in the sexual adaptation subscale were significantly higher than those from single-parent families(t=-2.487, P<0.05). The scores of only children in the subscale of sexual cognition and sexual values were significantly higher than those of non-only children (t=3.680, 2.930, all P<0.05). Conclusion The psychosexual health status of adolescents in Minhang District is at the middle and upper levels. More scientific and appropriate sexual health education should be carried out for adolescents in different situations, and a scientific and appropriate sexual health education environment should be created for the majority of adolescents.
