医院获得性尿路感染风险预警评分模型的构建

目的 构建医院获得性尿路感染危险因素预警模型,及时发现医院获得性尿路感染的高危患者早期进行预防。方法 在德尔菲法构建评价指标的基础上,通过层次分析法和专家重要性赋值平均分配法进行指标权重的分配,专家咨询法对每一个指标进行重要性赋值,加权评分法建立医院获得性尿路感染的风险评分模型。结果 通过两轮专家咨询共筛检出患者一般情况、疾病状况、侵入性操作、手术因素、用药因素、实验室检查、护理因素7个一级指标、38个二级指标的风险因素评价指标体系,并以指标体系为基础建立了医院获得性尿路感染风险预警评分模型。结论 构建的医院获得性尿路感染(HAUTI)风险预警评分模型,为其监测提供了一种新的可参考方法。

Construction of risk early-warning model of hospital-acquired urinary tract infection

Objective To construct an early-warning model for risk factors of hospital-acquired urinary tract infection (HAUTI),and to find out the high-risk patients of HAUTI in time for early prevention.〖WTHZ〗Methods An evaluation index system based on the Delphi method was built,and the weight of the index system was allocated by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and experts importance assignment method.The importance of each index was assigned by experts′ consultation method,and the risk scoring model of HAUTI was established by weighted score method.〖WTHZ〗Results Two rounds of experts consultation were conducted to establish an evaluation index system for risk factors of HAUTI,which included a total of 7 first-class indicators,patient general condition,disease condition,invasive operation,operation factors,drug factors,laboratory examination,nursing and 38 second-class indicators.The early-warning model of HAUTI was established based on this index system.〖WTHZ〗Conclusion The early-warning and scoring model of risk factors on hospital-acquired urinary tract infection (HAUTI) can provide a new reference method for its monitoring.
