注射用胸腺法新a1调节寻常型银屑病患者免疫功能的疗效分析

目的探讨注射用胸腺法新a1治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年7月～2018年6月皮肤科门诊治疗的92例寻常型银屑病患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组患者给予阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予注射用胸腺法新a1治疗。比较两组治疗前后外周血T淋巴亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+水平比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组外周血CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均明显升高,CD8+明显降低,且观察组治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均明显高于对照组,CD8+明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.83%(45/46)明显高于对照组总有效率84.79%(39/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用胸腺法新a1治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效显著,可显著提高患者外周血CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+水平,值得推广应用。

Efficacy of Thymalfasin for Injection A1 in Regulating Immune Function in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and immune function of thymic faxine A1 injection in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 92 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the dermatological clinic from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method,46 cases in each group.All patients were prohibited from smoking and drinking,diet adjustment and so on.Patients in the control group were treated with Avian A capsule, while those in the observation group were treated with thymus injection on the basis of the control group. The levels of CD^3+, CD^4+,CD^8+,CD^4+/CD^8+ in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of CD^3+,CD^4+,CD^8+ and CD^4+/CD^8+ in peripheral blood between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD^4+/ CD^8+ in peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly increased and CD8+ was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.83%(45/46) in observation group and 84.79%(39/46) in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymosin A1 for injection can significantly increase the levels of CD^3+,CD^4+,and CD^4+/CD^8+ in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.The clinical effect is remarkable,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.It is worth popularizing and applying.
