运用TOPSIS法、秩和比法和线性插值法综合评价河南省儿童保健工作质量

目的 对1998 - 2017年河南省儿童保健工作质量进行综合评价，分析河南省儿童保健工作质量的发展情况和变化趋势。方法 采用TOPSIS法、秩和比法和线性插值法综合评价河南省1998 - 2017年儿童保健工作质量，然后用平均数法对3种评价方法的结果进行整合。结果 TOPSIS法前3名分别为2017年、2015年和2016年，Ci值分别为0.9045，0.8901和0.8843。秩和比法前3名分别为2017年、2016年、2015年，RSR值分别为0.9333、0.8889、0.8778。线性插值法前3名分别为2017年、2016年、2015年，P值分别为0.9733、0.9716、0.9553。3种方法的结果均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且Spearman相关系数大于0.8，3种方法的两两之间均呈高度正相关性。平均值法前3名分别为2017年、2016年、2015年。结论 3个评价结果不尽相同，但总体趋势相对一致，即河南省儿童保健工作质量越来越好，说明河南省儿童保健工作质量日渐向好。利用平均值法整合多个单一的评价结果可更加全面、客观地评价儿童保障工作质量，为我省相关部门提供科学可靠的参考依据。

Comprehensive evaluation on the quality of children's health care work in Henan province based on TOPSIS,RSR and linear interpolation methods

Objective The aim of this study was to comprehensively evaluate the quality of children's health care work in Henan province from 2007 to 2017, and thus to analyze the development and trend of the quality of children's health care work. Methods TOPSIS, RSR and linear interpolation were used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of children's health care work in Henan province from 1998 to 2017, and then the results of the three evaluation methods were integrated with the average method. Results TOPSIS ranked the first three in 2017, 2015 and 2016, respectively, with Ci values of 0.9045, 0.8901 and 0.8843, respectively. The top three rank sum comparison methods were 2017, 2016 and 2015, respectively, with RSR values of 0.9333, 0.8889 and 0.8778. The top three linear interpolation methods were 2017, 2016 and 2015, respectively, with values of 0.9733, 0.9716 and 0.9553. The results of the three methods were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the Spearman correlation coefficient was greater than 0.8, showing a high positive correlation between the two of the three methods. The top three in the average method were 2017, 2016 and 2015, respectively. Conclusion The three evaluation results were not the same, but the overall trend was relatively consistent. The quality of children's health care in Henan province was getting better and better. And the quality of children's health care work in Henan province was getting better day by day. Using the average value method to integrate multiple single evaluation results can be more comprehensive. And the objective evaluation of the quality of children's security work for the relevant departments in our province provided a scientific and reliable reference.
