| 摘 要： | 目的:观察烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗烧伤的疗效,总结应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗烧烫伤的临床经验,以便在基层医院进一步推广应用.方法:对258例烧烫伤患者创面局部用湿润烧伤膏外涂并配合全身治疗.结果:全部病例浅Ⅱ度创面5天～9.5天愈合,深Ⅱ度创面14天～21天愈合,Ⅲ度刨面焦痂15天～18天完全脱痂,形成的新鲜肉芽创面配合植皮手术而治愈.结论:湿润烧伤膏具有止痛效果好,抗感染能力强,清除余热快,为创面提供生理性湿润环境以及减少瘢痕形成等功效,值得进一步广泛推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO and to summarize the clinical experience of treating burn injury with MEBO so as to popularize in the grassroots＇ hospital.Method： 258 cases of burn patients were treated with MEBO locally and were received system treatment as well after debridement.Results： The healing time was 5-9.5d for all superficial 2^nd degree burn patients,14-21d for deep 2^nd degree burn patients,while the wounds of 3^rd degree burn patients with eschar healed only with skin grafting after eschar off in 15-18d and fresh granulation formation.Conclusion： MEBO has certain advantages of effective stopping pain,good anti-infection,fast removing heat and providing a physiological moist environment for wounds healing so as to reduce scar formation.It is worthy of popularization. |
