高敏C-反应蛋白对心房颤动患者发生脑梗死的预测价值

目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）对心房颤动（AF）患者近期发生脑梗死的预测价值。方法78例脑梗死患者，根据是否合并AF分为AF脑梗死组（30例）与单纯脑梗死组（48例），并分别选取同期单纯AF患者（20例）与健康受试者（20例）作为对照组．采用免疫散射比浊法测定发病后不同时间（6h内，2d，7d）的血清hsCRP值；对照组空腹采血只测定1次。结果发病后6h内AF脑梗死组血清hsCRP水平最高[（6．6±2．6）mg／L]，明显高于单纯脑梗死组[（3．1±1．4）mg／L]与对照组（[（2．9±1．0）mg／L、（2．8±0．9）mg／L]；单纯脑梗死组血清hsCRP水平于发病后第2天达到高峰，但仍低于AF脑梗死组（P〈0．05），7d后两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论AF患者发生脑梗死前可能存在血清hsCRP水平升高，血清hsCRP水平的变化是预测AF患者近期发生脑梗死的良好指标之一。

Predictive value of hsCRP for assessing follow-up short-term brain infarction in patient with atrial fibrillation

Objective To explore predictive value of high sensitivity C-reaction protein(hsCRP) for assessing follow-up short-term brain infarction in patient with atrial fibrillation. Methods 78 patients suffered brain infarction were divided into two administration groups. One group with atrial fibrillation(30 cases) and another without atrial fibrillation(48 cases), and two control groups were selected, health people group and atrial group. Their serum level of hsCRP were measured by immune rate nephekmetry according different time when brain infarction happened. Results After brain infarction happened, serum level of hsCRP in atrial fibrillation group in 6 hours was highest among its three different time(P< 0. 05) ,and higher than without atrial fibrillation group at the same 6 hours and second day. No difference was found between two administration group in the seventh day,significant difference between administration and control groups was discovered(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Serum level of hsCRP is one of good indexes in predicting follow-up short-term brain infarction for patients with atrial fibrillation.
