摘    要:目的:探讨卷柏属植物小孢子微形态学特征及其在植物分类学和药材鉴定学上的意义。方法:应用扫描电子显微镜对卷柏属14种植物的小孢子进行了观察。结果:14种卷柏的小孢子各不相同,其中多数小孢子的微形态特征为首次报道。结论:卷柏属植物小孢子的微形态特征具有种间 专属性,外壁纹饰、裂缝形态和四分体的特征等都是卷柏属植物鉴定和卷柏类药材鉴别的重要依据。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of this work is to probe into micro - morphological character of microspore of Selaginella and their significance in Taxonomy. Method: Fourteen species of Selaginella were observed and photographed with Scanning Electron Microscope. Results: Comparative studies on microspores, especially ornamentation on surface, of fourteen species in the genus of Selaginella are first reported here. Conclusion: The size, shape, ornamentation on exine, trilete, and the distribution of sporangium in sporophyll were found useful in Taxonomy. The authors consider to identify different species in Selaginella by micro - morphological character are reasonable.
