IGF-1和bcl-2在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其相关性

目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(bcl-2)在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP技术,对56例胃腺癌组织、40例癌旁不典型增生组织和56例正常胃组织中IGF-1和bcl-2的表达情况进行检测分析。结果胃腺癌组织中IGF-1及bcl-2的阳性表达率分别为85.71%、55.36%,正常胃组织中IGF-1及bcl-2的阳性表达率分别为17.86%、10.71%,胃腺癌组织中IGF-1及bcl-2的阳性表达率显著高于正常胃组织(P<0.05);IGF-1的表达与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及分化程度相关(P<0.05);bcl-2的表达与胃癌分化程度、TNM分期相关(P<0.05);IGF-1与bcl-2的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论胃腺癌组织中IGF-1及bcl-2的过表达共同参与了肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移,两者联合检测有更大的临床意义。

Expressions of IGF- 1 and Bci - 2 in Gastric Adenocarcinoma Tissue and Their Correlation

Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue and its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of IGF-1 and Bcl-2 in 56 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissue,40 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue adjacent to the cancer and 56 cases of normal gastric tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of IGF-1 and Bcl-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue and in normal gastric tissue were 85.71% and 55.36%,17.86% and 10.71% respectively,and the positive rates of IGF-1 and Bcl-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in the normal gastric tissue(P<0.05).The expression of IGF-1 was correlated with the degree of the invasion,lymphatic metastasis,differentiation,and pathological stages of gastric adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The expression of Bc1-2 was correlated with differentiation and pathological stages of gastric adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The GE-1 expression correlated positively with the Bc1-2 expression(P<0.01).Conclusions The overexpressions of IGF-1 and Bcl-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue relates to carcinogenesis,development,invasiveness,and lymphatic metastasis of the gastric adenocarcinoma.The combined detection of expressions of IGF-1 and Bcl-2 shows significance in clinical practice.
